What is your best advice for early stage startup entrepreneurs working on a product or service?

You don’t need investment to start a company  —  Go build your app. Get users. Get revenue. Do it on your own time and your own computer. Don’t know how to write code? Find a co-founder who does and convince him to partner up with you. Your personal network is the most important thing. Give more than you get.

What is your favorite book in the realm of technology, startups, and/or creativity?

HTML&CSS by Jon Duckett

What is your favorite tool you would recommend to startup founders?

IFTTT — it enables you to connect different web applications together. Even though it’s awesome for home automation it also help you stay organized and be better connected with the web. It comes in handy if you know how to use it right.
